Return Policy

Want to return something? No problem. You have a cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving your order. This page explains how returns work at Midoricha. You can find the full legal arrangement, including the model withdrawal form, on the Right of Withdrawal page.
What you can return
You can only return unopened pouches with an intact seal. Matcha is a foodstuff that is delivered sealed for health and hygiene reasons. Once the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). We therefore cannot take back an opened or unsealed pouch.
How to return
- Report your return. Within the cooling-off period of 14 days, which starts on the day after you receive your order, send an email to support@midoricha.com and include your order number. You may also use the model withdrawal form on the Right of Withdrawal page.
- Send the package. Send the unopened product within 14 days of your notice to: Midoricha Netherlands, Tijnmuiden 25, 1046 AK Amsterdam. Pack it well and keep your proof of shipment.
- Get your money back. As soon as we have received the return, or as soon as you have shown that you have sent the package, we will refund you within 14 days.
Costs
You pay the costs of the return shipment yourself. The rate depends on the carrier you choose.
Refund
If you return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery if these were charged. If you return part of the order, we will refund the product price of that part. You will receive the amount within 14 days after we have received the return, or after you have shown that you have sent the package. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for your order. We do not charge any fees for this.
Defective, wrong or damaged delivery
Is something wrong with your order? Did the product arrive damaged, or did you receive something other than what you ordered? Email support@midoricha.com, preferably with a photo. We only use the photo to handle your report. We will replace the product or refund it, and we will bear the costs. Everything we sell is covered by the statutory warranty.
Do you have a subscription?
Cancelling your Subscribe & Save subscription is separate from a return. You cancel via your customer account, after a minimum of two deliveries. The cancellation applies to deliveries that have not yet been processed. If you want to return a delivery you have already received, simply follow the steps above.
